Instructions for Coordinating, Updating, or Decommissioning a Frequency


If you need to coordinate a new frequency, update an existing one, or decommission a frequency, please follow the steps below:

  • Visit Our Website: Navigate to http://nebraska-repeaters.us/
  • Access the Coordination Request Form: Click on the “Coordination Request Form” link.
  • Select the Appropriate Category: Choose the category that best fits your request (e.g., New Frequency, Update Existing Frequency, or Decommission Frequency).
  • Complete the Form: Carefully fill out the entire form with the required information. It is crucial that all fields are completed, as missing information may delay or result in the rejection of your submission.
  • Submit the Form: Once the form is filled out, click on the “Submit” button.

Important Notes:

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 30 days for a frequency to be issued. We strive to process requests as quickly as possible, but thorough reviews are necessary to ensure accurate coordination.
  • Accuracy Matters: Precise coordinates are required for frequency coordination. These coordinates will be checked for accuracy, so please ensure they are correct.
  • Privacy Assurance: Your information is kept confidential and will not be shared without your prior written consent.
  • Form Completion: Failure to fully complete the form may result in your submission or update being rejected. It is important to provide all the necessary details to avoid any delays in processing your request.
